اینجا میخوام براتون راهنمای تعویض قاب گوشی ها رو بزارم
نوکیا و سونی اریکسون
اگه هم گوشی خاصی مد نظرتون هست بگید

اول از همه بگم که من مسئول آسیب های احتمالی که به گوشیتون وارد می کنید نیستم! (نترسید بابا. برای حفظ کلاس کار گفتم!)

حال مي خواهيم طريقه
تبديل سخت افزاري گوشی k750i رو به W810 را توضيح دهيم.

لطفا صبر كنيد تا عكسها به طور كامل لود شوند.
اگر مطالب نامفهومه منو ببخشيد چون خودم ترجمه كردم.


1-باطري را خارج كنيد و 4 پيچي را كه مي بينيد باز كرده و در جاي امني قرار دهيد.



2-حال از يك تيغ كند استفاده كنيد و كاور را جدا سازيد.



3-از همان شگرد براي كاور رو استفاده كنيد، دقت كنيد چون lcd براي تعويض گران است.



4-حال شما بايد اجزاي زير را داشته باشيد.



5-سيستم كليدها را خارج كنيد و اتصال آن را جدا كنيد.



6-حمله بعدي به lcd است، درست مثل كليدها عمل كنيد، اتصال مربوطه را قطع كنيد.



7-با اميدواري شما اين را داريد.



8-همانطور كه مي دانيد حال بايد دوربين را جدا كنيد.



9-حالا مجددا از چاقو استفاده كنيد و بورد را خارج كنيد و آن را از پايه وصل شده بيرون بكشيد.



10-خوب، حالا جلد خالي از بورد شده است. شما چه مي بينيد؟ ما لنز دوربين و
يك نوار مي بينيم. نوار را از دوربين جدا كنيد وحالا لنز را آزاد بلند
كنيد.



11-خارج كردن تكه كوچك چسبناك و فلش دوربين را فراموش نكنيد. طبيعتا بايد خيلي ساده با چاقو بلند شوند.



12-اين خيلي شگفت آور است. يك سري كامل از قطعات K750i



13-حالا تمام مراحل را دنبال كنيد و قطعات را روي قاب جديد پياده سازي كنيد. كليدها را ابتدا بگذاريد و ... ، شما بايد زيرك باشيد.



14-سپس يكمرتبه به كارهايي كه انجام داديد مراجعه كنيد و با اميدواري به اين نگاه كنيد.




  می توانید به راحتی با
انجام برعکس این مراحل گوشیتون را روی قاب جدید ببنیدید. یادتون نره که یه خرده باید شجاع باشید و در ضمن حواستون را هم خیلی جمع کنید.

این هم برای گوشی N70 که خواسته بودین
32 مرحله داره که به زبان اصلی خودش می زارم که امیدوارم همه بتونن متوجه بشن
باز هم اگه ابهامی بود بگید


Before commencing, it is
recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the
very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver..

 

Step 1.  Protect the display
with a film to prevent damage.

Step 2.  Remove the battery
cover.

Step 3.  Place a plastic
shim between the fascia and chassis and release the four clips indicated below. 
Turn the handset over and lift the fascia away.

Step 4.  Remove key mat.

Step 5.  Protect the screen
with a film or similar.

Step 6.  Also protect the
inside if the screen window.

Step 7.  Remove the MMC
card door.

Step 8.  Insert your shim
between the aerial cover and the chassis and release all clips to remove the
cover.

Step 9.  Use tweezers to
remove the power button.

Step 10.  Protect the
camera bezel with a film.

Step 11.  Remove the camera
gasket.

Step 12.  I suggest that
you only remove the camera unit if you have access to the correct tool for the
job - otherwise leave it in place.

Step 13.  Remove the six
Torx T6 screws in the order shown below and store them safely.

Step 14.  Lift the user
interface assembly from the chassis taking care not to induce strain on the foil
connector that will still be attached underneath.

Step 15.  Carefully release
the flex connector using a flat bladed screwdriver.

Step 16.  Release each clip
of the LCD frame and remove the screen.

Step 17.  Remove the
ear piece from the frame.

Step 18.  If you need to
remove the ear piece gasket be aware that it is glued in place and should be
replaced for reassembly.

Step 19.  Unclip the shield
assembly.

Step 20.  Now push down and
remove the shield.

Step 21.  Pull the frame
slightly to release the user interface board.

Step 22.  Now the user
interface board can be removed.

Step 23.  Remove the
main circuit board.

Step 24.  Remove the vibra
motor.

Step 25.  Remove the
microphone.

Step 26.  Remove the power
jack using an unplugged charger.

Step 27.  Lever out the
internal hands free speaker taking not of the position of the guiding pin for
reassembly.

Step 28.  Release the five
plastic clips of the aerial assembly.

Step 29.  Carefully remove
the aerial assembly.

Step 30.  Lever out the
camera bezel.

Step 31.  Remove any
adhesive residue (you'll need to reglue the bezel for reassembly).

Step 32.  Remove the camera
assembly only if you have the right tools for the job.

Step 33.  And that should
be your phone disassembled.  Reassembly is a simple reversal of the above
steps taking care to fully test the handset to ensure that you have not caused
any damage or missed any steps.


بعد از گوشی های W810  و N70 حالا نوبت به گوشی های P900 و  P910  می رسه

Step 1.  Remove the battery
cover.

Step 2.  Remove the
battery.

Step 3.  Remove the stylus.

Step 4.  Lift the flip
bezel and remove it.

Step 5.  If the bezel is
tight, you can use a small flat bladed screwdriver to remove making use of the
slot in the bezel for purchase.

Step 6.  Remove the two
screws indicated by the arrows below.

Step 7.  Remove the flip by
releasing the catch and lifting the flip away.

Step 8.  Remove the four
screws indicated by the arrows.  Note that the top two screws are covered
by rubber caps which can be removed using a toothpick or similar.

Step 9.  To remove the
front you'll need to release the six catches indicated below..... 

Step 10.  Start at the base
of the phone and work your way slowly round each side taking care not to damage
the plastic clips.

Step 11.  With the catches
released lift the fascia from the bottom and remove it from the handset.

Step 12.  Lift the screen
up as shown below and lay it to the side taking care not to damage the flex
connector.

Step 13.  Remove the two
screws holding the shield in place.

Step 14.  Remove the main
circuit board by flexing the sides of the chassis.

Step 15.  The main circuit
board can be awkward to remove due to the aerial connector and the two clips
shown below.

Step 16.  Release the
screen connector.

Step 17.  Remove the camera
grommet.


Replacement Of Mechanical Part (Front)

Step 18.  Loudspeaker,
cushion and holder replacement - Remove the holder with tweezers.

Step 19.  Remove the
speaker.

Step 20.  Remove the
cushion.  Note that this is stuck in place and will have to be replaced if
removed.

Step 21.  Mount the new
cushion.

Step 22.  Mount the
speaker.

Step 23.  Mount the holder
as shown below.

Step 24.  Jog Dial
replacement - Insert a very small screwdriver into the hole shown below.

Step 25.  Now pull in the
direction shown below and lift the jog dial out of the cavity.

Step 26.  Place the
replacement job dial under the upper hook.

Step 27.  Now lock it under
the lower hook.

Step 28.  Fasten the flex
film on the guiding pin and replace the camera grommet.

Step 29.  Vibra motor
replacement - lift the motor out of its socket using tweezers.

Step 30.  Mount the new
motor and make sure its in the right way up.

Step 31.  Hands free
speaker, cushion and holder replacement - Remove the screw (1) and then lift the
holder away.

Step 32.  Remove the
speaker.

Step 33.  Remove the
cushion but remember that it is stuck in place and will need to be replaced if
removed.

Step 34.  Mount the new
cushion.

Step 35.  Mount the
speaker.

Step 36.  Mount the holder
and replace the screw.

Step 37.  Panel camera
replacement - The assembly is stuck in place so remove it using your fingers or
a plastic shim.

Step 38.  Mount the
replacement assembly.

Step 39.  Phone jack and
cover replacement - Loosen the cap.

Step 40.  Remove the phone
jack.  If the cover needs replacing remove it after the jack has been
removed and replace it before remounting the jack.

Step 41.  Mount the
replacement jack.

Step 42.  Close the cover.

Step 43.  Microphone
replacement - Remove the old microphone with a toothpick or similar.

Step 44.  If necessary replace the net
(1).

Step 45.  Mount the new microphone using
tweezers.

Step 46.  Aerial replacement - Remove the
two screws indicated below.

Step 47. Loosen the two hooks shown below....

Step 48.  And remove the aerial support.

Step 49.  Remove the aerial from the
aerial support.

Step 50.  Mount the new aerial on the
aerial support.

Step 51.  replace the aerial support and
the two screws.

Step 52.  Stylus holder, spring & side
switch replacement - remove the stylus (well d'uh!)

Step 53.  Remove the first screw as shown
below....

Step 54.  Now remove the second screw.

Step 55.  Remove the stylus holder (you
may need to bend the chassis slightly)

Step 56.  Remove the side switch noting
that it is held in place with double sided tape which will need replacing if
removed.

Step 57.  Remove the spring by bending it
down and to the side gently.

Step 58.  Mount the new spring by placing
it in the mounting hole and then bending it carefully into its normal position.

Step 59.  Mount the side switch using new
tape.

Step 60.  Place the stylus holder back
into the chassis and refit the two screws.

Step 61.  Put the stylus back in its slot.

Step 62.  Camera module replacement -
Remove the camera using your fingers.

Step 63.  Mount the new camera module
noting....

Step 64.  it is positioned correctly with
the long contact (shown more clearly in step 65) facing the top of the phone.

Step 65.  Shown below you can see the
longer contact for correct orientation of the camera module.

Step 66.  LCD replacement - Disconnect the
screen connector taking care not to bend or damage it.

Step 67.  Connect the new screen.

Step 68.  Reassembly is a simple (or not
so) reversal of disassembly taking time and care to ensure that no damage has
been caused and that everything works and fits as it should.

Nokia 1100 & Variants

When dismantling any phone,
great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the
parts.  Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if
proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result
in any electronic component.

Before commencing, it is
recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the
very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver..

 

Step 1.  Protect display
with a film to prevent damage.

Step 2.  Press the release
button (1) and remove the battery cover in the direction indicated by (2).

Step 3.  Remove fascia,
starting at the bottom.

Step 4.  Remove keymat from
fascia.

Step 5.  Using a Torx T6,
remove the six screws in the order indicated below.

Step 6.  With the six Torx
screws removed, you can simply lift out the c-cover.

Step 7.  Unlock the LCD
clips on both sides of the display.

Step 8.  You can now remove
the LCD screen and light-guide.

Step 9.  Use tweezers or
similar to remove the speaker.

Step 10.  The main circuit
board can be simply lifted away from the chassis of the phone.

Step 11.  The shielding can
be simply levered out by starting at the top of the handset.

Step 12.  The main system
connector can be tight (but usually isn't), so you may need a thin plastic shim
to remove it.

Step 13.  To remove the
microphone from the system connector, simply push it out of it's housing.

Step 14.  The vibra-motor
can be simply lifted out of the chassis.

Step 15.  Remove the buzzer
unit taking extra care not to damage the sprung contacts.

Step 17.  And that should
be your phone disassembled.  Reassembly is a simple reversal of the above
steps taking care to fully test the handset to ensure that you have not caused
any damage or missed any steps.

Nokia 1110 Exploded View

When dismantling any phone,
great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the

proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result

Before commencing, it is
recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the

Please remember that this is an
exploded view, and not a step by step guide - however, so long as you're
careful, take your time and follow the diagram carefully you shouldn't have too
many problems.

 

Nokia 2100 & Variants

When dismantling any phone,

proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result
in any electronic component.

Before commencing, it is
recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the

Step 1.  Remove the back
cover.

Step 2.  Remove the front
cover.

Step 3.  Use a small flat
bladed screwdriver at the points shown below to release the aerial.

Step 4.  Use your
screwdriver to release the two clips at the top of the aerial.

Step 5.  Now you should be
able to lift the aerial away from the main chassis.

Step 6.  Remove the six
Torx T6 screws in the order shown below and store them safely.

Step 7.  Now lift the user
interface away from the main board and chassis.

Step 8.  You should now be
left with a view as seen below.

Step 9.  Remove the main
board from the chassis taking care not to damage the metal gasket.

Step 10.  Below you can see
the main chassis.

Step 11.  And below is the
view of the main chassis with everything removed.

Step 12.  When removing the
battery connectors take care not to damage them.

Step 13.  Use a small flat
bladed screwdriver to release one end of the SIM retainer.

Step 14.  Now release the
opposite side and the retainer should simply fall out of the chassis.

Step 15.  Remove the two
user interface screws and store them safely.

Step 16.  To remove the
display, release the retaining clips on both sides of the user interface module.

Step 17.  Now the speaker
can be simply lifted away whilst taking care not to damage the contacts.

Step 18.  Reassembly is a
simple reversal of the above steps taking extra time and care to ensure that
everything works as it should and that you have caused no damage.
